What is User Rating?
User rating is the combined average score of user reviews that registered members of Ace Prize have left on the site.
Users may rate a provider that they have used before by submitting a general review on the providers review page. Ratings are from 0 to 5 with anything below 3 being considered poor and 5 being exceptional.
The rating given should be considered a general rating and is used to give an opinion on whether the provider is recommended rather than purely a trust rating with a focus on safety and trust primarily.

Trust rating is a general safety rating between 0 and 5 that Ace Prize give providers listed on this site.
The score is an independent tool to be used by our users to assist them when choosing which providers to use.
