Having researched and thoroughly investigated Urban Draw Ace Prize have decided to give them a trust rating of 4.1 meaning that Urban Draw are a recommended provider.

ABOUT URBAN DRAW

Urban Draw have carved out a niche for themselves within the highly competitive prize draw industry by focusing solely on giving away Rolex watches.

Since their inception as a company in January 2019 they have given away 313 Rolex watches so far worth over £6.2 million.

Urban Draw are fairly well established with a track record dating back to January 2019. This makes them one of the earlier entrant to the competition space

Their competitions receive a decent amount of interest on social media while they don’t have a huge amount of followers they still have over 3000 on Facebook and over 7000 on Instagram at the time of writing.

Whilst far from being the largest competition provider, having given away over £6.2 million of prizes at the time of writing they are clearly well established.

Urban Draw seems to run operations in a professional manner, they have a solid reputation online with a perfect 5 star score on Trust Pilot, this has been achieved from just over 300 reviews which while not exceptional is consistent with the number of winners they have had due to the high value of prizes and lack of draws compared to other operators.

Their customer support appears to be decent with prizes shipped in a timely manner.

The quality of the prizes are very high although limited to Rolex at this point.

They have a very clean website which is easy to navigate.

Urban Draw look to raise decent amounts for charity which is very welcome with entrants able to chose their own charities.

 

FAIRNESS 4.2/5

Urban Draw appear to run their competitions in a fair manner with acceptable terms and conditions. They appear to be fully legally compliant with free entry routes or skill based questions on offer for competitions ensuring full legal compliance.

Competitions are drawn live on social media (on their Facebook page). They have good feedback on live draws with many winners listed on their website with photos holding the watches.

A random number generator is used to complete the draws, more transparency would possibly be welcome in particular as the generator is not Google provided, however the fact that draws are live on Facebook addresses some concerns.

Prizes seem to be allocated in a timely manner as per reviews.

Competitions in have a fixed closing time and date with no extension period, meaning that even if the tickets don’t sell out the prize is still allocated. This leads to a fair competition for all and no frustration in regards to extended draws.

Ticket prices are some of the highest around and whilst this does improve the odds for entrants it also restricts entry for those on a budget, although there is a welcome free entry route.
